“They killin niggas for J’s….thats death over designer”

It really saddens me that people are losing their lives over  pair of shoes when there are people who have never even had the privilege of having ONE pair in their life. Feeding into corporate greed. You know it only cost like $20 to make J’s? $20 fucking dollars. And these FOOLS pay how much? Wait in line for how long? Shit. I wouldnt dare. Dont get me wrong. I know that shoes may be some people’s thing. Im into some stuff that im sure others dont understand. But, to kill for anything material is ridiculous to me. Like, people LOST THEIR LIVES OVER SNEAKERS! I dont think people are thinking about the severity of this. I wonder how many people gonna be late on rent. Or whos kids are goin w/o on Christmas while they (the parent) walkin around fresh to death in their new kicks. SMFH. My people, poor people. My desperate poor people. I just dont get it. When will people get their priorities in order? Help us.
